Terms of Service

Who may use the service

Accounts are for credentialed Athletic Trainers and the staff their organization authorizes. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for all activity under your account.

Clinical responsibility

Sports Med Flow Pro is a documentation and workflow tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace your clinical judgment, physician evaluation, emergency services, or the policies of your organization. Never use this platform for emergency communication. AI features draft text from what you provide; you review, edit, and sign everything before it becomes a record.

Your records

You and your organization own the records you enter. You are responsible for having the authority to enter them, for the accuracy of what you record, and for following the privacy laws and policies that apply to your setting.

Subscriptions and billing

• Monthly membership: $39.99 per month, renews automatically until canceled.
• Annual membership: $375 per year, non-refundable, renews automatically.
• AT Sidekick: $14.99 per month, or $149 per year (non-refundable).
• Contract AT portal: $24.99 per month, renews automatically until canceled.
• Contract AT Business: custom quote based on the number of users a company or business needs; quoted per organization.
• Campus package: $825 per year for one campus — 2 Athletic Trainers, 2 Campus Admins, and 1 Athletic Director, non-refundable.
• Core District package: $6,000 per year for 8 campuses — 16 Athletic Trainers, 2 Campus Admins per campus, and 2 Athletic Directors, non-refundable.
• Enterprise package: custom annual quote for 15 campuses — 30 Athletic Trainers, 2 Campus Admins per campus, and 4 Athletic Directors, non-refundable.
• Campus Admins and Athletic Directors hold identical management-only access: they administer campuses and seats and never access clinical or medical records.
• 30-day cancellation policy: cancellation requests require 30 days' notice and one final billing cycle is charged before the request is processed. Access stays active through that final paid cycle, then ends automatically. Every member signs an acknowledgment of this policy at sign up.
• Payments already made are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not share your account, attempt to reach records outside your workspace, upload malicious files, or use the service to harass anyone or to store information you are not permitted to hold. We may suspend accounts that put student records at risk.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. You may stop using the service at any time and request an export of your records before your access ends.
